MOOCs, when combined with Open and Distance Learning methods, present unprecedented opportunities in sustainable development. Commonwealth of Learning (COL) emphasizes MOOC platforms that provide a good learning experience at low bandwidth and offline where necessary. The mooKIT platform used here meets those considerations.
